Particularly how to use of knife is one of the important element in this class. The knives must be sharp enough to slice the fish fillet well for Sashimi-cut, and enough to slice the meat very thinly for Shabu-shabu. I surely sharpen the knives appropriately before the classes!
A couple of weeks passed already after my trip, the piano which I met swirls in my head all the time. One of the purpose of this trip was visiting to the musical stores to see pianos.

YAMAHA C5, Prolonged sound, beautifully deep in bass area, the feel of touch to the keyboard, so nice! It was a used one, and I got from the serial number that it was manufactured in 1985. I can imagine that it has been treated very carefully with proper tuning for years in Japan.
