Cooking classes in spring season! 春の料理教室ご案内

Japanese cooking classes in September and October!
Sushi classes are held with "BASIC SUSHI CLASS"
                         and "ASSORTMENT SUSHI CLASS".

8月は教室をお休みさせていただく分、9月・10月は気合を入れていきますよ!
春のお寿司クラス、基本を学ぶ『BASIC SUSHI CLASS』と、応用編でいろいろなお寿司を作る『ASSORTMENT SUSHI CLASS』を、両方の月に開催します。 


Sakura-sushi-2  I introduce various style and suggestion.
  As one example:
  Seasonal sushi with
     SAKURA (cherry blossom) pickles.
  Brown rice is able to be used, too,
             with macrobiotic idea.
  Healthy and delicious, of course!

  季節柄、こんなお寿司も紹介!

  昨年の桜花塩漬けを使って、
  刻んで寿司飯に混ぜたり、上に飾ったり。
  塩加減がちょうど良くて、
         香りとともにお花見気分!

  画像ではわかりにくいですが・・・
                              いなり寿司のほうは玄米を使ってます。
マクロビオティックという食べ方にも繋がるかな。 モチロン美味!
玄米を美味しく味わう方法のひとつとして紹介します。

基本を掴んでいれば、アイデア次第で美味しい創作寿司が生まれます。
是非いろいろ試してみてください。

    **Preparation of fillings
      **How to roll neatly for rolled sushi, inside-out roll, and thin roll,
                                  with various ingredients

It's suitable to the person who would like to start sushi making, also to the person who would like to brush up the existing skill.

  お寿司作りの基本全般と、
  副菜として、春の茶碗蒸しも作ります。

  We also cook a steamed dish.
  "Chawan-mushi" savory egg custard of
  prawn and vegetables in individual cup,
  which amuse while eating.





ASSORTMENT SUSHI CLASSES **********************************************
September 13th (Tue) 6pm~         October 6th (Thu) 6pm~
        22nd (Thu) 11:30am~           11th (Tue) 6pm~
        29th (Thu) 6pm~              13th (Thu) 6pm~

  "Nigiri-zushi"
  There will be some knife work
  to cut fish fillet to Sashimi.
  Also we cook
  "Dashi-maki-tamago"
  (rolled egg omelet) for Sushi.

  握り、いなり、軍艦、手まり等の
  各種寿司の紹介と、実習。
  だし巻き卵も作ります。

Good to step up the skill for the person who attended the basic sushi class,
or to extend the skill by making the variations for the person who has experiences
of sushi (rolled ones) making already.
